Appointments & Cancellations

Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation and preparation time. For your safety and well-being, a consultation card must be completed upon your first visit. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this. Please be aware that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for all treatments. You will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you fail to show. If you are receiving a special/promotion and cancel less than 24 hours, your promotion will be terminated. These payments will be automatically charged to the card details you provided at the time of booking. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, the cancellation policy will be waived. However, you will need to provide a doctor’s certificate within three days of the treatment date.

Payment terms

To secure your booking, you will be required to provide your credit or debit card details. No deposit is required in advance. However, we do operate a cancellation policy.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products must be returned unused and unopened with their seal intact. Products must be in the same condition they were originally purchased within 24 hours of your appointment time. We will not accept an exchange or refund for any item that has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. There are no service package refunds after 24 hours of your appointment time, unless a doctor’s note has been provided within 72 hours of your appointment time.

Your health & patch testing requirements

Please notify us before your appointment if you are pregnant so that we can adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your aesthetician of any medical conditions that you may have before your treatment, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Patch testing is required for clients who have never had a chemical peel and during acne treatments. See full terms listed in the spa.
